Please let us know you're returning an item through our contact form, along with your first and last name and, if applicable, your order number.

We would appreciate receiving the item in its original packaging and unworn.

Returns are entirely at the customer's own expense and risk.

After we receive the product in good order, we will refund the purchase price, including VAT, as soon as possible.

!!! Custom orders cannot be returned because they are made specifically for you and according to your wishes, and we have poured materials, love, and time into them.
