Jewelry is not indestructible and, like everything else, needs to be repaired from time to time. Strung jewelry should be restrung and cleaned at least once a year, depending on how often you wear it.

Please note that repair costs can range from a minimum of €5 for re-strung items to a higher cost if parts are missing or broken.

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Therefore, please ensure your package is properly packaged and has a return address on it.

Please note: Custom orders made to order cannot be returned. These items are made to your specific specifications, requiring materials, time, and care.
