Delivery Time

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. You will always receive a confirmation. Deliveries within the Netherlands generally have a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days. Shipping Costs

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €25, and free shipping outside the Netherlands from €50

We will deliver your order via PostNL parcel post with a track & trace code, so you can easily track your order.

 

Payment Options

At JewelryByLouLou, you can pay securely via iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, MasterCard, and Bancontact. Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

 

Bank Transfer

If you choose the 'Prepayment' option, place your order and then transfer the order amount to account number NL07INGB0007981248. JewelryByLouLou. When making your transfer, please include the order number you received in your order confirmation. Please allow approximately 3 business days for processing. Once we receive your payment, we will process your order and ship it within 1 to 2 business days.

 

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return all items (except custom-made items). Simply email us within 14 business days of receipt, specifying the items you wish to return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note: Jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
