LEPIDOLITE

General information

Lepidolite is usually lilac to pink, but sometimes also gray, yellow, or greenish. The stone is transparent to translucent with a vitreous to pearlescent sheen. It is a mica, or aluminum silicate. In its raw form, micas are layered with an almost flaky texture.

Effect

Lepidolite has protective, calming, and cleansing properties. It encourages independence and the setting, concentration, and achievement of goals, thus stimulating personal growth. Lepidolite also stimulates rational and analytical thinking, concentration, and objectivity, aiding decision-making. It promotes inner peace and helps break through restrictive behavioral and thought patterns. It combats negativity, depression, stress, dependency, obsessive thoughts, and despair, and helps people with anorexia, bipolar disorder, and addictions. It helps protect your own boundaries from negative external influences and protects against electromagnetic radiation (computers, mobile phones, etc.).
