General information

Sunstone is a feldspar variety with inclusions of red hematite, which gives the stone a glittering appearance.

Effect

Sunstone enhances mood and promotes zest for life, optimism, decisiveness, self-esteem, self-confidence, a good mood, and a positive attitude and outlook on life. It is an effective stone against all forms of depression, especially seasonal depression.
