Delivery Time

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. You will always receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Within the Netherlands, delivery time is usually 1 to 2 business days.

Within Europe it can take between 2 and 10 business days.

Outside Europe shipping can take between 10 and 30 business days...for example USA is 10-14 days

Customs and Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties. JewelryByLouLou is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

 

Shipping Costs

We ship orders via Post.nl parcel post with track & trace and shipping costs are free.

 

Returns

It may happen that you are not satisfied or that the product does not meet your expectations.

In that case, we kindly request that you return the item to us within 14 business days. Our returns address can be found below.

We also request that you inform us via our contact form. Please include your first and last name and, if possible, your order number.

We request that you return the item in its original packaging and in unworn condition.

Please note that the costs and risk of returning the product are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase price including VAT as soon as possible.

Please note: Custom orders made to order cannot be returned. These items are made to your specific specifications, requiring materials, time, and care.
