Beryl

General information

Beryl is an important group of gemstones with highly variable properties. The stones can be green, blue, yellow, red and white in colour and transparent to translucent. Some well-known beryl varieties are: emerald (green), aquamarine (blue), heliodore (yellow-green), morganite (pink), bixbite (red), goshenite (colourless) and golden beryl (golden yellow).

Effect

Beryl has a calming effect, reduces (the effects of) stress, and promotes goal-oriented, efficient, clear-headedness, focus, and helps you realize your potential. Etymology

Beryl comes from the word berullus, which in Roman times was used to refer to gemstones with a sea-green color.
